  1. You have plans but need still need help with Structural Design and Certification? we can help
  2. When you speak to our friendly staff, they will arrange a suitable time to meet you, assess the site conditions and discuss your project and desired outcomes
  3. Once we understand your needs the site conditions and any constraints, we provide you with a cost for Planning and Development stage 2 Structural Design and Certification, (What if I already have my Structural Design and Certification in place?)
  4. Upon acceptance of Planning and Development Stage 2, we complete a Preliminary Agreement with you to engage our services, at this time you are provided with a indicative cost for your project
  5. It is important to understand that the builder cannot provide you with a fixed price quote for your project until they have a full set of documentation, this includes soil testing and structural design, project specifications and energy efficient reporting
  6. Working on your behalf, we obtain soil testing and work closely with our engineers to obtain the final structural design for the build
  7. Throughout the planning and development phase we ensure that we are in contact with you regularly, updating you on each stage as it progresses. As part of the early planning stages we obtain all the necessary documentation required to complete our submission to our Private Certifier. Sometimes it can be a lengthy process so our friendly staff will keep continuos contact and will keep you informed each step of the way
  8. Upon completion of the structural design we provide you with a fixed price quote. It is important we communicate in person so we ensure we meet with you to discuss and present our final quote to you 
  9. Now that we are nearing the final stages of the planning and development phase we prepare and complete a Building Contract with you
  10. Once we have our Building Contract in place we prepare and submit all of the necessary documentation including payment of industry levies to our Private Certifiers for the roll out of the Building Approval
  11. Your Building Approval is here, this is where it starts to get exciting, now we can start making your dream home a reality
  12. We are always planning, now we ensure one on one appointments to meet with our suppliers to finalise your selections
  13. Throughout the build process you have access to our online platform which keeps you up to date on how your project is progressing, costs, final selections and scheduling
  14. We have regular site meetings so you can see your project as it evolves in real time
  15. Handover! your home is complete, we provide you with your personal handover documentation folder and celebrate with you bringing your vision to life!

  1. You have a full set of documents and want to start your project straight away, we can help
  2. When you speak to our friendly staff, they will arrange a suitable time to meet you and we will assess the site conditions, discuss your project and understand the desired outcomes 
  3. At our initial meeting we will ensure we discuss and understand your vision and the type of fixtures and finishes you want, it is important the we know your projects specifications
  4. After meeting with you we will prepare a fixed price quote from your provided documentation and based on the specifications and finishes you have confirmed with us
  5. Our quotes are comprehensive and take a little time, we have to get it right, we will inform you how long it will take to complete and provide our fixed price quote
  6. Now we have completed your quote, we will contact you to make a suitable time to meet. It is important that we meet with you face to face to discuss in detail our pricing and why and how we got there, not all builders quote the same so sometimes it is difficult to compare apples with apples, we want you to know exactly what you are getting (Comparing Apples With Apples)
  7. You are happy with who we are and what we can offer, we are both a good fit, now we complete a Building Contract together
  8. Once we have our Building Contract in place we make payment of the necessary industry levies, so you can provide them to your own private certifiers for the roll out of the Building Approval
  9. You’ve received your Building Approval from your Certifier and have provided it to us, now we can start making your dream home a reality.  We ensure we review your approval and it’s conditions so you are aware of what is required before, during and after the build process 
  10. As we progress through your project we will provide you with, at the necessary time intervals as outlined within your building approval, the relevant compliance certificates you need to submit to your Certifier.  
  11. We are always planning, now we arrange one on one appointments to meet with our suppliers to finalise your selections
  12. Throughout the build process you have access to our online platform which keeps you up to date on how your project is progressing, costs, final selections and scheduling
  13. We have regular site meetings so you can see your project as it evolves in real time
  14. Your project is finished, we’ll let you know when to arrange for the Certifier to come out and look at the project and complete his final inspection
  15. Handover, your home is complete we provide you with your personal handover documentation folder and celebrate with you bringing your vision to life!
