We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with our wonderful clients, Dan and Kate, on several projects over the years at their beautiful home in Tarragindi. Most recently, we were engaged to transform the front and rear of their property, enhancing both its functionality and street appeal to suit the evolving needs of their growing family.

At the front of the home, we designed and constructed a large, practical carport and a new boundary fence that blends both form and function. Using a combination of stainless steel wire and aluminium balustrades, the fencing offers a stylish, modern look while maintaining safety and durability.

The front entry has been thoughtfully updated with stunning crazy pave stone, setting a natural, elegant tone from the moment you arrive. An oversized parcel letterbox makes everyday deliveries a breeze, while a new intercom at the gate provides added convenience and security for the entire family.

To complete the front transformation, we used a calming, grey colour palette that evokes a warm welcome and effortlessly ties in with the overall aesthetic of the home. Discreet, ambient lighting along the boundary fence and entry path adds a layer of understated sophistication, creating a beautiful streetscape by day and night.

The rear of the property has also seen an incredible transformation. A new wrap-around deck has been added, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. The deck is finished with a combination of concrete and rich merbau stairs, providing a natural contrast and durability. French doors open out from the master bedroom, allowing easy access to this outdoor retreat.

A sparkling new pool completes the backyard oasis—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories with family and friends.

This renovation is more than just a visual upgrade; it’s a thoughtful redesign that enhances everyday living. We’re proud to have brought Dan and Kate’s vision to life and created a timeless, functional space they can enjoy for years to come.
