House Renovation Bridgeman Downs

Our clients wanted to update their lowest brick family home giving a more modern feel and flow throughout.

We undertook a complete renovation of the home reconfiguring the lower level creating open plan living throughout, adding an additional bedroom  to the rear of the home as well as a new bedroom and walk in robe to the side of the property.  The addition of two new patio's areas allow for ample entertaining space, whilst still capturing the views of the vast tree line back yard.

To create the new flow and feel to the home we removed all of the main internal walls allowing us to create a very beautiful and functional kitchen with walk in pantry and  new living and dining area. We added a new two new bedrooms, new external entertaining areas  as well as make overs to the existing laundry and bathroom.

The kitchen cabinetry is beautifully designed with functionality in mind for a couple that enjoys entertaining with family and friends.  The blend of different textures and colours create interest and beauty throughout. The use of the bold laminate in the colour "French Navy"  in AsbolsuteMatte finish by Laminex is beautiful and offers a soft luxurious feel when touched. The use of 40mm stone on the bench tops in "Cloudburst' by Caesarstone has a wonderful texture and striking pattern, and the handmade Italian tiles specially selected by our client for their distinctive pattern and rich blue colour finish this luxe look.

The bathroom has a modern yet calming feel with the use of a beautiful  laminate in "Steel Blue" by Laminex on the floating vanity coupled with a warm paint finish and a simple white subway tile laid in a modern vertical pattern for interest complete this clean modern look.  All tiles are finished with angle trims on all edges which add to the clean lines achieved.

The laundry is bold with a colour palette that mirrors the finish in the kitchen.  The laundry has ample storage and bench space for great functionality.

The entire main floors are finished with a plank tile in a wood finish which adds warmth throughout.  The second bedroom and walk in robe are finished in polished concrete in a satin finish for a modern clean feel.
