House Renovation and Extension The Gap

Rear Extension and Internal Reconfiguration for Family Home at The Gap

Our clients wanted to update the home by adding additional space for their growing family.

We undertook a complete renovation of the home reconfiguring the entire upper level creating open plan living throughout, adding an additional master bedroom, ensuite  and walk in robe  to the rear of the home, updating the existing bedrooms and bathroom and  adding a new kitchen.  The addition of the new patio allows for great family entertaining in the back yard whilst overlooking the fantastic swimming pool.

The kitchen cabinetry is beautifully designed with functionality in mind for a couple that enjoys entertaining with family and friends.  Our clients wanted a classic look opting for a monochrome palette that always stand the test of time.  Finishing the benchtops in 40mm stone  with "Jet Black" by Caesarstone has created a rich and polished look to the kitchen.

The bathroom has a modern and cool look, the use of two different finishes and colours of  grey concrete tiles on both the floors and walls is cleaver, and  finishing the space with black tapware and  trims completes the contemporary feel to the bathroom.

It was a pleasure to help create a beautiful home for our client and  their growing family.
