Traditional Queenslander Renovation Manly

Our clients wanted to update their Queenslander home with a modern renovation and pool perloga for their rental property.

We assisted our clients with full planning and development, working closely with them and our designer to come up with a renovation that would serve the purposes as an upmarket rental property.

We undertook a complete renovation of the home, adding a new bedroom and ensuite, updating the main bathroom, kitchen and living areas and creating a new dining room space that flows to the deck.  The house was to have a feel of luxury and easy open plan living.  The kitchen was to be the heart of the home and this is what you see as soon as you enter.  It is simply stunning.

For the entertaining aspect we built a new pergola over the existing deck of the pool and created an open dining space at the back of the property with 2 large sets of bifold doors opening onto the deck allowing for better flow and open feel all while capturing the stunning views o the Manly harbour from every angle.

There are many great features to this home with lighting and cabinetry as a highlight.  We have successfully upheld the traditional feel of the home whilst incorporating a very modern look internally.  This home will stand the test of time with it's  classic colour combination of black and white internally and using a combination of cool greys, whites and blacks externally.
