Expanding the Outdoors

To maximise usable space, we enclosed the existing pool area to create a generous lawn for family enjoyment and entertaining. The original patio was removed and replaced with a significantly larger extension, designed to feel open, light-filled and connected to the outdoors.

Natural light was a key focus of the design. We incorporated louvred windows, bifold windows, skylights and fixed glass panels to flood the space with light while maintaining comfort. To minimise heat and glare without compromising clarity, we specified Clear Synergy glass — ensuring the area remains bright yet comfortable throughout the day.

A Calming, Neutral Palette

Our clients wanted a calming, welcoming atmosphere — somewhere that instantly felt relaxed. We achieved this through a neutral colour palette layered with varied textures to create depth and warmth without overwhelming the space.

Soft tones and natural materials work harmoniously together, giving the extension a timeless aesthetic that complements the existing home.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen truly is an entertainer’s dream. Taj Mahal stone benchtops provide a luxurious yet durable surface, beautifully paired with sleek cabinetry finished in Woodmatt Boston Oak laminate. The combination delivers both sophistication and practicality — perfect for hosting gatherings of any size.

Thoughtful Finishing Touches

A stunning fireplace finished in Sabi natural stone cladding creates a striking focal point while enhancing the sense of warmth and comfort. Underfoot, linen travertine flooring adds softness and texture, reinforcing the calming design direction.

To complete the transformation, we repainted the entire exterior of the home and installed new outdoor lighting, elevating the overall ambience and ensuring the space transitions seamlessly from day to evening entertaining.
