1. Raising and Building Under: To maximise space and create a more functional layout, the house was raised, allowing for the addition of a brand new lower floor. This extension provided the perfect canvas for designing spacious, open-plan living areas that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

2. Carport at the Boundary: The exterior was further enhanced with the addition of a thoughtfully designed carport at the boundary. This not only adds convenience but also adds an eye-catching element to the front of the house.

3. Contrasting Exterior Repaint: To achieve a striking visual impact, the house was repainted externally in contrasting colours. This added character and charm to the home, giving it a fresh and modern look while preserving its classic appeal.

4. Pathways and Nil Exposure Finish: New pathways were poured around the house, ensuring minimum exposure to complement the concrete floors in nil exposure finish of the lower level. This cohesive approach added to the overall aesthetic and practicality of the property.

Contrasting 2pac base cabinets and green laminate tall cabinets: To achieve a contemporary yet classic look, the kitchen's base cabinets were finished in a white satin 2pac, providing a clean and elegant backdrop.
