Our clients purchased a new investment property which they wanted to make over ready for today's rental market.

We assisted our clients by providing a makeover to laundry, kitchen and bathroom.  We opened up the space between the entry and dining area to create a better flow and feel to the home. Incorporating large barn doors, new entry door, polished floors, beautiful feature floor tiles to the bathroom and laundry and keeping the colour palette simple gives this home a modern and  relaxed feel.
