Issue
Water entering lower level of house causing mould and mildew on all internal walls, rising damp in slab and plumbing issues in guest bathroom.
Rectification
Excavate around perimeter of house and waterproof area with membrane and protector boards and back fill.
Removal all existing internal fixtures and fittings to rectify slab and leaking pipework in walls of bathroom. Rectify storm water and sewerage issues at rear of property to ensure plumbing approval granted.
Refurbish lower level by retiling main floor area, refurbish guest bathroom, finish painting and install new electrical fittings throughout.
New carpet to study, main bedroom and lounge upstairs. Polish floors to beds 2 and 3 upstairs.
Tile front entry.
