Refurbishment of 3 bedroom unit
Brief:
Give a facelift to rental property which had not been touched since the early 70′s. The owners who are based in Currumbin Waters wanted a company that could project manage their renovation to alleviate the pressure of constant travel between Currumbin to Brisbane. We were able to effectively communicate each step of the build confirming and cementing design and layout ideas via email which meant the owners only needed to travel to see the build a couple of times. A tight timeframe of 6 weeks was given to complete the full scope of works so property could be back on the rental market ensuring it would be
Remove all floor coverings throughout, stripping of bathroom, ensuite and laundry, relining of all walls in gyprock and incorporating a 4 step cornice as a feature to the living areas. Replace existing floor coverings with new tiles to living, kitchen stairs and front foyer. Install new carpet to bedrooms.
Remove existing kitchen, plan, design and install new kitchen with soft close laminate drawers, caesar stone top and glass splashback.
Install new security screens to all windows
Reconfigure main bathroom to enable larger shower whilst still incorporating a vanity and toilet.
Modernise the look of the ensuite and laundry. Install new 2-pac cupboard doors to the hall and foyer areas.
Install new 4 step cornice to the living areas ensuring it would back on the rental market quickly and returning higher rental return.
