Brief
To remove toilet from kitchen area, design new kitchen layout creating an aesthetically pleasing space, providing a practical and functional work area as well as giving a better flow from front entry to lounge and kitchen. Re design bathroom layout to incorporate toilet, bath and shower. Refurbish stairwell and make house secure from lower level.
Installation of new louvre windows to kitchen as well as front entry. Matching of ornate cornice in living room.
