Brief
Extension of new multi level deck to rear of house to create new outdoor living space with a resort style feel. Create servery between kitchen and deck by removing exisitng windows allowing for bigger opening by installing new timber bifold window. New servery made from 20mm caesarstone
Install new glass balustrade on standoffs to one side of deck and new stainless steel posts and wire to the other. Angled 140×140 laminated Merbau posts, aluminium screening and the use of a scillian roof over the new deck achieve the desired look.
