Bathroom Renovation Project

We recently finished some extension work for our house, by adding a kitchen, bathroom and 2 more rooms. Before renovating, we had a detailed discussion about everything that had been planned, and what would be happening throughout the process. As we were in Emerald at that moment, it made it more difficult for us, and caused a bit of worry between our families, as everything had to go according to the plan.

Yet, at the end, we hardly had to do any work, as Jason and Chantal took care of all the details. We had a good communication with Chantal, and at no time, were we rushed to make hasty decisions without previous notice. We received regular updates, along with photos very often, just as we needed. It was very easy to contact Chantal, even on the weekends and she responded promptly. The house was an extravagant piece of work, and we were really pleased with the end result, as well as the hard work and effort that was put into the extension of the house.

My wife only saw the house at the end, as she couldn’t visit it throughout the renovation. She was pleased with the work, as it was dreamy pictures come true.

The project was completed within the given time.

Jason brought our idea into a perfect house. Even after the renovation had been completed, he still visited the house, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Our family was very impressed, as even though we were not there in person, everything still worked out properly.

We recently completed our extension at Booligal St in February 2012. The project involved 2 additional bedrooms, relocating the entry to our house and creating internal stairs.

We completed an internal renovation of our 1950s 3 bedroom house in Camp Hill with Urban Scene Construction in 2009. As we had recently renovated two bedrooms and the living areas it was important that the new renovation blended seamlessly with the existing finishes and that construction did not damage the recently completed works.

The project involved demolition of exiting internal load bearing walls, asbestos removal, raising a section of internal floor, installing exterior French doors and new ceilings and wall framing to two bathrooms, one bedroom and the kitchen.

Jason delivered an extremely high quality of workmanship and completed all works to a very high standard with quality material used throughout. We found Jason to be very professional and easy to work which was particularly important as we were living in the property throughout the renovation.
